Help for Sprout

Delete Account
You can delete your Sprout account directly in the app from Settings > Delete Account. That flow removes your synced Sprout account data and signs you out.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Sprout also prompts for the Apple re-authentication needed to revoke the related sign-in token during deletion.
Billing and Subscriptions
Sprout subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Deleting your Sprout account does not automatically cancel App Store billing.
Use Manage Subscriptions to review, cancel, or change an active subscription.
Bank Connections
- Sprout uses Plaid for supported financial institution connections.
- If a connection needs reauthentication, reconnect the institution from inside the app first.
- If the issue persists, email support with the institution name, the affected screen, and any visible error text.
What To Include In A Support Email
- The email address tied to your Sprout account, if you use sign-in or sync.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
- Screenshots only if they do not expose sensitive financial data you would rather omit.
